AAIB’s token app serves as a complementary tool to enhance the security of our mobile banking operations.

Our primary objective is to facilitate streamlined and secure banking activities via our mobile application, employing OTP (One Time Passwords) as an additional layer of authentication for your transfers.

To activate the app, users should log in to AAIB Mobile Banking and adhere to these steps:

Open the "Profile" menu
Click on "Token Settings"
Choose "Activate Token" to receive an activation code via SMS to your registered mobile number
Launch the AAIB Token app, enter the activation code received, and your mobile banking user ID
Create a 4-digit PIN code for future use in generating OTPs
You are now prepared to authenticate your transactions using the Token App

When transferring funds through AAIB Mobile Banking, you will be prompted to input an OTP to finalize your transaction. The following steps outline this process:

Open the token app
Enter your 4-digit token PIN
The app will produce an OTP
Insert the generated OTP into the transaction
Your transaction will then be successfully processed
